IMPORTANT DATA FOR ALL USERS
1. If Your licence is blocked, you must send the evidence of the filing of your report to: email@example.com.
2. If arter having tried all these options the situation persists, please send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org (must include: name, license number issued by the OCS and a brief description of the problem).
3. To enter the system, click here or from your browser, on your computer, at the following address: https://servicios.ocs.pr.gov/. Press Portal Log In in the upper right corner of the screen. Here you will find the user manual with instructions. Use the manual index to refer to the transaction you want to complete and click on the section that interest you. The manual will illustrate step by step how to complete teh report. You can also access the manual by clicking here.
To access the Report Portal, click on the "Enter Portal" icon shown in the upper right corner or access https://servicios.ocs.pr.gov/. In the Portal you will find the user manual with the instructions, step by step, to complete the required reports. If your license is a Producer, Agent or Authorized Representative, you must complete the Annual Business Report and the Annual Employment Report. However, if during the year you had a provisional license or were authorized person, you do not need to complete the reports.
Remember, the deadline is March 31st.
Failure to complete your report on or before that date will result in fines and you will not be able to renew your license.
Forgot your username
Your username is your license number. If your license number contains zeros before the number (leading zeros), avoid using them. If your license is blocked, you should contact the Office of the Insurance Commissioner at (787) 304-8686 or toll free at 1 (888) 722-8686. Remember to have the following information: name, license number issued by the OCS and a brief description of the problem.
Forgot your password
To regain access to the Reports Portal, enter your username and select the option "Forgot My Password" then you will receive an email with the provisional password to the email address registered in the Reports Portal. The email address used and registered in the Portal is the one provided, under your profile, in the "State Based System" or SBS, for its acronym in English. See Circular Letter CC-2013-1845-SR. If you continue to have problems accessing the Portal, you should contact the Office of the Insurance Commissioner at (787) 304-8686 or toll free at 1 (888) 722-8686. Remember to have the following information: name, license number issued by the OCS and a brief description of the problem.
Make sure to complete the Detail of Income and Business Volume, the total in both tables must match.
Commissions Paid to Third Parties Must Match
If you do not pay commissions to a third party, DO NOT complete the third table, otherwise you will have a mathematical error.
If your license number or NPN has zeros (0) at the beginning the number, avoid using them.
In addition, if your User Type is "individual", please enter your Date of Birth as indicated, m/d/yyyy (without zeros at the beginning the number
). Example: If your date of birth is January 5, 1988, the correct way to write it is 1/5/1988 and if your date of birth is 22 February 1965, the correct way to enter it is 2/22/1965. The diagonal symbol (/) is validated by the system. If the system gives you the following "Invalid User" error, make sure you entered the correct information requested by the system, following the correct parameters as illustrated. Be sure to complete the Income and Turnover Detail tables, the total of these must match.
