Microinsurance Distributor
‍You must be actively licensed as an authorized representative, producer or general agent for the property and contingency line of authority.
  1. NAIC Individual Uniform Form Request and/or NAIC Business Entity Uniform Form (as applicable)
  2. Designation of the Microinsurance Insurer OCS-SP-MS-1
  3. Consent General Microinsurance Agent OCS-SP-MS-B1
  4. Appointment of General Agent Microinsurance OCS-SP-MS-A1
Microinsurance Administrator
‍It only applies to corporations.
  1. NAIC Business Entity Uniform Request
  2. Designation of the Microinsurance Insurer OCS-SP-MS-1
  3. Guaranty Bond for Microinsurance Administrator OCS-SP-MS-GBMA (applies to MS Administrator only)
