Repeal and Adoption of a New Rules 10 and 15

To repeal “Rule 10 – General Agents or Managers of Foreign Insurers and Adjusters – System of Books and Accounting” contained in Regulation 481 and its amendments contained in Regulations 683, 1053, and 2071 of the Regulation of the Puerto Rico Insurance Code, and to adopt a new Rule No. 10 entitled “General Agents or Managers of Domestic and Foreign Insurers and Adjusters – System of Books and Accounting”. To repeal “Rule 15 - Reports of General Agents, Managers, and Non-Resident Agents and Brokers” contained in Regulations 511, 683- 3432, and 3712 of the Regulation of the Puerto Rico Insurance Code, and to adopt a new Rule 15 entitled “Rule 15 - Reports of General Agents, Managers, Producers, Authorized Representatives, and Non-Resident Producers”. Repeal and Adoption of a New Rule 80

To repeal Regulation 8708 entitled “Rule 80 -Standards to Regulate the Operations of International Insurers and Reinsurers”, and its amendment, Regulation 9225, of the Regulation of the Puerto Rico Insurance Code, and to adopt a new Rule No. 80 entitled “Standards to Regulate the Operations of International Insurers and Reinsurers and Multistate International Insurers and Reinsurers”. Derogación de Reglamentos

De conformidad con las facultades conferidas al Comisionado de Seguros de Puerto Rico en el Artículo 2.030(11) del Código de Seguros de Puerto Rico, Ley Núm. 77 de 19 de junio de 1957, según enmendada, y a tenor de las disposiciones de la Ley Núm. 38-2017, según enmendada, conocida como Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo Uniforme del Gobierno de Puerto Rico, la Oficina del Comisionado de Seguros de Puerto Rico informa al público que se propone a derogar los siguientes reglamentos. Derogación y Adopción de Nueva Regla 52

Para derogar el Reglamento 7833 titulado "Regla 52 - Requisitos de Educación Continua", y sus enmiendas, Reglamento 8181 y Reglamento 8516 del Reglamento del Código de Seguros de Puerto Rico tituladas ambas "Enmienda a la Regla 52 (LII) del Reglamento del Código de Seguros de Puerto Rico, Reglamento Núm. 7833", y adoptar una nueva Regla Núm. 52 titulada "Requisitos de Educación Continua".
