The following is a list of companies whose health plans are in compliance with the provisions of the “Affordable Care Act” and the Health Insurance Code. Information that you can access through this list does not include existing and current health plans, such as protected health plans (grandfathered).

The health plans available through these health plan companies will be effective January 1 of each year.
